Tap an empty bed to plant the selected seed. Tap a growing crop to water it, a golden crop to harvest, and a weedy bed to pull the weeds. Dry soil grows nothing and kills crops. Most harvests also hand you a seed or two back — fertilized beds do it more often.

Permanent upgrades are bought once and show up out on your farm. Fertilizer is a consumable.
